Terms & Conditions

The rules for using this website, and what the numbers on it actually promise. Engagement work is governed by your signed proposal — this covers the site itself.

Last updated · 4 July 2026
Plain-English summary: this website is a brochure and a set of honest estimators. Nothing here is a contract for work, a guarantee of results, or legal/financial advice. Actual engagements run on a separate written proposal we both sign.

01Who you're dealing with

This site, hunor.digital (“the Site”), is operated by Hunor Dot Digital (“I”, “me”), a solo analytics and tracking practice run by Hunor B., established in [country / city] under registration [company or sole-trader reg. no.], VAT [VAT number, if applicable], registered address [registered address]. You can reach me at email@hunor.digital.

By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

02Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Site for anything unlawful, or to break these Terms;
  • probe, scrape, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its infrastructure;
  • misrepresent who you are when contacting me or booking a call.

I may suspend access if the Site is being misused. Ironically, the Site watches how it’s used only with your consent — see the Privacy Policy.

03Quotes, estimators & prices

The Site includes price ranges and interactive estimators. Read this part carefully, because it’s the one most people get wrong:

  • Every range and estimator output is a non-binding ballpark, shown to set expectations — not an offer, quote, or fixed price.
  • A binding price exists only once I send you a written proposal for your specific situation and you accept it.
  • Prices, scopes, and availability can change at any time without notice.

04Booking a call

Calls are booked through an embedded Cal.com scheduler. Booking a slot is not a contract for paid work — it’s a conversation. Please show up or cancel; no-shows may affect future availability. What Cal.com does with your booking data is covered in the Privacy Policy.

05Engagements are governed separately

Any paid work — audits, tracking builds, retainers, custom development — is governed by a separate written agreement (proposal, statement of work, and where relevant an NDA) signed by both parties. If anything there conflicts with these Terms, that signed agreement wins for the work it covers.

06Intellectual property

The Site’s content — text, layout, the dot-matrix visual system, and brand — is mine or licensed to me, and protected by law. You may read and share links to it. You may not copy, republish, or reuse it commercially without written permission. Trademarks and product names mentioned (Google Analytics, GTM, Cal.com, and others) belong to their respective owners.

07Third-party links & tools

The Site links to and embeds third-party services (a scheduler, a messaging link, analytics). I don’t control those services and am not responsible for their content or practices. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

08No warranty

The Site and its content are provided “as is”. I keep it accurate and available where I reasonably can, but I don’t warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information on it fits your specific circumstances. Nothing on the Site is professional advice you should act on without a proper engagement.

09Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, I’m not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that can’t legally be excluded (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Your statutory rights as a consumer, where they apply, are unaffected.

10Changes to these Terms

I may update these Terms as the Site or the practice changes. The version in force is the one published here, with the “last updated” date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

11Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [country / region], and disputes are subject to the courts of [jurisdiction], without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
