The last honest person in the room.
I’m Hunor — a technical analytics consultant who tells business leaders the truth about their data, even when it costs me the bigger contract.
One person. No junior team.
My full name is Lázár Miklós-Hunor — Hunor for short. I’m a Transylvanian Hungarian, born and raised in Brașov.
Hunor Dot Digital is me — the founder and the entire team. When you book a call, you get me. When the work happens, I do it. There’s no account manager between us and no intern quietly holding your tracking together.
My background sits in a rare overlap: web analytics on one side, web development on the other. I audit and rebuild tracking setups, and when a business needs a tool that doesn’t exist — a custom CRM, a web app, a dashboard that actually answers questions — I build that too.
What I actually sell isn’t any of that. It’s the moment you stop guessing about your business and start knowing.
Tools are the vehicle. Direction is the product.
I’m deliberately not loyal to any single platform — that’s exactly what lets me tell you when one is failing you.

- PostHogProduct analytics that ties usage to revenue, not vanity events
- Friendly AnalyticsCookieless, GDPR-first — no consent-banner gymnastics
- AppsFlyerMobile attribution that survives iOS's privacy limits
- Firebase SDKApp events and crash data, wired straight from the source
- Server-side trackingData that survives ad blockers and ITP
- JavaScript + PythonI read the code, not just the charts
- Custom web apps + CRMsWhen no off-the-shelf tool fits, I build it
Where I stand.
- 01
Google isn't the answer to everything.
Most consultants accept GA4's limitations as gospel. I don't. There are honest ways to collect and read data — you just have to be willing to look past the default tool.
- 02
Nothing is 100% accurate.
Anyone who guarantees perfect data is selling you something. I'll tell you what's close enough to act on — and what isn't.
- 03
Reports aren't results.
A PDF nobody reads is dashboard theater. The product is direction: what to do next, and why the data says so.
- 04
Quality beats volume.
When my plate is full, I say no. I won't stack two more projects on top of yours and quietly halve the attention each one gets.
- 05
The honesty isn't a marketing angle.
I'm a Christian, and telling the truth is a conviction before it's a service. It's the one thing about this brand that will never be up for negotiation.
One honest insight
about your data
even if we never work together.
30 minutes. You talk, I look at your setup live. You leave with one fix worth making. And if we’re not a fit, I’ll tell you that too.
